Before the gala begins, something different happens.
The Society Sessions is not a workshop. It is not a panel. It is not a room full of people watching someone talk at them from a stage.
It is a deliberately small, deliberately intimate gathering of 100 people who care deeply about this craft — seated together over breakfast, hearing from six speakers across five sessions, hand-selected for the depth and honesty of what they have to say. Questions are submitted in advance. The conversation is real. The room is capped because the experience only works when it feels like a room, not an auditorium.

All Sales Are Final
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, personal emergencies, or inability to attend.
Pricing & Sales Tax
All listed ticket prices are subject to 8.25% Texas sales tax, applied at checkout. The total amount charged, including tax, will be reflected on your payment confirmation and emailed receipt.
Ticket Transfers
While tickets are non-refundable, we understand that life happens. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest by submitting a name change request to [email protected] no later than January 16, 2027. One name change per ticket is permitted. Tickets may not be resold for profit.
The Society Sessions
The Society Sessions is non-refundable and non-transferable separately from the gala ticket. If you transfer your gala ticket, your Society Sessions registration transfers with it.
Event Details
The Intimate Arts Society reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, or programming as necessary. In the event of a cancellation by The Intimate Arts Society, ticket holders will be notified and options will be communicated at that time.
